The R3 Institute is the creation of Allison Hull, D.O., and Kelly Matthew, B.S. For over a decade, they have worked together in synchrony developing programs that have supported the lives of thousands. Dr. Hull is a dual-boarded and practicing adult internist & pediatrician with over fifteen years of clinical practice. Kelly Matthew is a Certified Intrinsic Health Coach and Certified HeartMath® Mentor with more than twenty-five years of experience in wellness coaching. Together, they have developed programs that have led to significant clinical outcomes in metabolic and mental health.

As an associate professor at the University of South Florida, in partnership with Kelly, Dr. Hull led clinical research alongside USF, Dr. Dom D’Agostino, and Level’s Health. Their previous protocol resulted in a 62% reversal of metabolic-dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease and clinically significant improvements in depression, anxiety, and sleep quality. Given the success of their programming, Dr. Hull has been given the honor of speaking at metabolic health conferences around the world. Sharing their clinical protocol to lead other clinicians in using nutrition as a metabolic therapy. Over the years, their hyperfocus on the science of behavior change has ultimately served as their greatest tool to support member success.

After a turn of events, Dr. Hull and Kelly paused to create The R3 Institute and redesign a protocol that fully supports one’s overall well-being. While R3 and GR3 maintain their focus on metabolic health, the renewed protocol now centers on each individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being as the cornerstone of optimal health. The countless personal and unique interactions with patients that Dr. Hull and Kelly have experienced over the years have inspired their shift in focus.
